New Years Resolutions

a little late but better to have thoughtful serious resolutions then fake rushed ones
...So here is my list...

*** 
**Remember to keep smiling**
**Look up a new verse once a week and apply it to my life&thoughts**
**Work on being being less demanding and more thankful**
**Work out no less then 3x's a week**
**Eat fastfood a max of once a week(but would like to completely quit)**
**leave David little lve notes around the house**
**prepare a dinner 3x's a week**
**Start yoga/medatiting**
*take my vitamins everyday**
**stop procrastinating/get up when my alarm goes off **
