The woman who run this site are amazing. They are there to answer any questions you have weather you have been eating the raw food way for a while or you are just getting interested in introducing it into your lifestyle. I have picked up on the GREEN SMOOTHIES!!! They are delicious and do so many amazing things for you body and mind!
So I made made one of my own... a GREEN BANANA SMOOTHIE...
2 handfuls of baby organic spinach
3 leaves of romaine lettuce
2 Bananas
1 Orange
1 cup of Tropicana Trop50 - Pineapple Mango Juice
This recipe makes about 2 glasses (the size that is in the picture)
1 glass = 276 calories

It is so delicious.. not to mention it gives you that extra boost you need in the morning! :)
